Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design
EDM has been involved in PCB design since the start of the company. It has been the cornerstone of our business with a combined expertise of more than 50 years. Our datapack format has been fine-tuned over the years to a standard that is highly respected by the PCB manufacturing and PCB assembly industries globally.
PCB Manufacture
EDM has a global PCB manufacturing partnership network that is able to fulfil any technical and manufacturing volume requirement. Some of the solutions available are HDI, Multilayer, Rigid-Flex, Aluminium, Flex, Heavy Copper, and RF / Microwave. Impedance control is implemented on all designs with impedance control requirements. Various PCB finishes such as ENIG, Immersion Tin, Immersion Silver Ag, OSP, and more are available. Quality inspection with supported reports is issued with each batch of manufactured PCBs.
PCB Assembly
EDM has a strong focus on PCB Assembly services to our clients. Our assembly partners are situated globally and all are vetted and has been in the PCB assembly industry for many years. EDM takes full responsibly for all assembly orders, from start to finish. Assemblies can be done as either turnkey or with free issued parts.
Prototyping
We have a rapid prototyping service available for PCB manufacture and PCB assembly. Lead times are kept as short as possible, all depending on material and parts availability at the time.
